Won this in a contest its a great conversation piece and a fun little challenge. It mostly collects dust but, it is definitely a mug and definitely heavy.

This is a great conversation piece and really a decoration for the gym. You could drink out of it but only holds 5oz and likely you would spill it.

These things are a novelty. They're an interesting piece to have on display but they don't hold really any liquid to make them usable (even if you're jacked enough to lift them). These ones are built well and priced better than some alternatives however if you're still in the market.
