HEXPORT Multi-Arm
At first glance, the HEXPORT Multi-Arm might just look like another lever arm… but don’t be fooled. This thing is basically the Swiss Army knife of the Isolator system. Same dimensions, length, and size as our regular Isolator lever arm — meaning it plays nice with all your existing attachments — but with a twist: it’s built to slide right into the upper or lower HEXPORT where your seat pad normally goes.

This is definitely a focal point of the Isolator set up. However, I ended up selling the Isolator because I did not fully utilize the capabilities. Great build quality, but to be honest, I found the set up to be annoying after awhile, but it is not a knock on the unit itself - the Isolator is over built in many ways and is an absolute tank.

I bought this to help stabilize leg extensions and provide an easy way to do 45 degree back extensions on the isolator. Has been incredibly versatile so far. Only thing I don't like is that it didn't come with a hexport adapter so you will have to buy another or take from an existing part of your set up. I think it works best with the adjustable roller.
