Horse Stall Mat Gripper

I've had a lot of fun with this thing! I leave it attached to a loading pin on the gym floor and try to pick it up whenever I walk by. When I lift a weight consistently enough, I add 2.5#. I've never really worked hand stuff before, so this has been a great introduction.

Grip training never smelled so good. In all seriousness, this thing looks way easier than it actually is. It’s a great tool for grip training and the forearm pump afterwards is insane.

Harder than it looks, but this will definitely have me properly trained for the next time I do a deep clean or have to pack up the gym.

A fine fine Gripper. Get your girlfriend training with this and you'll be having a grand time. But for real, the forearm pump using this is crazy. Doesn't take much weight to get heavy fast. A fun grip accessory for everyone!

Got this at Home Gym Con and find this to be a great grip tool and it is deceptively difficult. The build quality is high and his will be in the grip collection for years to come.

If you're going to start doing odd things to impress your internet buddies, this has to be up there. Actually really difficult, but you can bring it out at parties, but a little bit of weight on, and have a competition with all your friends. Doesn't matter if you train all year with it, the person with the biggest hands wins every time.
