These work great. I use them as an anchor point to make my 2:1 stack 1:1, an attachment point for bands, and as a single grip cable attachment.

Love these. I have a TRX band attached to this, which is attached to my rack. Provides some space savings for TRX, crossover symmetry, bands, etc. for fairly cheap.
