Very challenging implement that tests key pinch strength. It is very different from the shallow inch pinch and more weight can be lifted. It has been contested from time to time in GSI events.

Saw some videos of people doing this loft and wanted to give it a shot! Now I use it almost every time I do a grip workout! Very challenging and humbling but very fun!
