Indy T-Bar Row

Indy T-Bar Row

Along with our dedicated stand-alone Rogue T-Bar Row Machine, we’ve developed and built the Indy T-Bar Row as a new cost-effective system for the same type of training, offering comparable stability and functionality at half the overall footprint (36” x 24.3” vs. 76” x 39.75”). This elevated, inclined platform is manufactured in the USA and includes a 3x3” 11-gauge steel frame with formed-and-welded gussets and a pair of 7-gauge diamond-tread footplates. When used in combination with any standard barbell + a rack-mounted Monster or Monster Lite Landmine, the platform becomes a fully-functional independent T-Bar Row station, with built-in notches that securely hold the bar and keep the sleeves above the floor for easy loading and unloading of plates.

Terrific Rogue build quality and a lot cheaper when compared to other options of the same caliber, such as the offering from Oak Club. It's heavy, but it also has wheels so I don't find it very difficult to move. I primarily use this for RDL's with my Voltra and is absolutely amazing for that.

Solid, well built platform. Heavy, so I recommend the wheel kit add-on. A bit awkward to move around but worth it.

Versatile platform that makes loading plates easy for landmine exercises. Also used for belt squats and step ups. Plastic protection for your bar. Heavy enough that it does not move while in use, but wheel kit is a must. Wish the price was less.

Rogue Indy Landmine/Tbar platform is a well made and functional way to program various movements into your routine. I use this platform primarily for deficit Landmine Back row work with various attachments to help target growth depending on attachment angle and width. It’s much easier loading weight on the bar and also foot placement and getting a nice stretch for full ROM. Platform is built to Rogue standards and is extremely heavy but you want stability first and foremost. I also use this with my Volta for Belt Squat work off the mini foot with a weight plate peg. I’d say it’s not a must have piece unless you really use the Landmine and I’d definitely suggest getting the wheel kit for moving around. Price is high but the quality warrants the expense if you’ll use it weekly.

I primarily use this platform for belt squats with a Voltra but for its intended purpose, it’s also pretty awesome as well. Over built and heavy duty, it’s perfect for both exercises. It’s still easy to move around even on the rubber flooring. My only nitpick is that the foot plates could have been a little bit bigger and extended a bit more in the center.
