The FID7 Pro is a decent bench, but I only have it because it came with my FT2 Pro. At its standalone price, I think there are better options on the market. The padding is firmer than I would like, and while the pad gaps are a bit large, they haven’t really been an issue. It’s also a heavy bench, so it’s not the easiest to move around, although it can be stored vertically. The sliding adjustment mechanism is smooth, but having to tighten the locking knob every time is slower than a ladder-style design. It adjusts in 15° increments from -15° to 75°. The attachment port is probably its biggest strength. I use it with the leg extension/curl attachment, preacher curl attachment, and foot holder for cable rows, chest flues, and Bayesian curls. The adjustable seat section is also useful as back support for leg extensions. The bench attachments do their job, but you’re locked into Inspire’s ecosystem, and I think other brands offer higher quality The FID7 Pro is a decent bench, but I only have it because it came with my FT2 Pro. Overall, it’s a solid bench, but I don’t think it’s worth the price.
