This is probably one of the most premium pieces I have in my gym. I was lucky enough to find these on marketplace for 1/3 of retail price. These things are massive, but made exceptionally well - quality is is A-1. The biggest issue is that (as shown in my photo) for some reason they don’t fit my Rogue RML-390 rack.. Going to figure out how to make them work!

Love the utility of these, I have both types of rollers - bought flat at first but scratched my beautiful chrome and transparent purple paint job the first time I put the bar on, so I bought the return rollers. I chopped off the end of the cheap Bells of Steel mag-pins and they work perfectly to hold them in place. Also I put two layers of UHMW tape inside so they fit nice and tight to the rack, I have a metric 3x3 (74mm x 74mm).

I have the flat roller version of these and they are great. I only do benches and squats with this roller now. The only slight downside is they are relatively wide, so that may pose a problem for a rerack or occasionally bashing your knuckles (depending on which upright you mount them on). Overall a great product that I would purchase again

Had these a few years and they’re my favorite. Never had rollers before but I watched a Basement Brandon video about them and I was sold. Centering the bar was always a burn especially on squat days where my rerack were a bit questionable. Not so much on bench but for squats, these things are awesome. I flipped the jcup to fit on the inside so I wouldn’t hit the bends on it with my barbell. Also used Giant magpins 4.5in so they wouldn’t move when rolling heavier weight. Don’t see the need to change these out to something new like Bremmy’s thinner rollers and will keep them.

These came with my Power rack so the value from that perspective was awesome. As they are designed for my rack they fit perfectly. I have not had any issues with the plates hitting. They are beefy and have a nice height to them

These roller J cups are good. Having any roller J-cup seems like a huge upgrade in my opinion. However there are two issues that have left me wishing I had purchased a different roller J cup, especially for the price. First, the fit on my rogue uprights is mediocre (one fits like a glove, the other is fairly loose). Next, the pin that goes into the upright holes is screwed into the J cup (I have the 5/8" version) and it can loosen. Every time I move the J cup on my upright I have to check to make sure it is screwed in tightly. I suppose this could be a feature if you change between 5/8" and 1" hole racks as it allows you to change the pin, but it is a bit unnerving that the pin seems to loosen and screw out if I'm not careful. On the other hand, all the UHMW over areas the bar may come in contact with is quite nice.

I like these, but they're very pricey and there's a little bit of play in them. I was led to believe you can put a magpin in the back, but my holes don't line up despite me providing my rack info at purchase. They still function well but I'd probably buy from Bremmy were I to do it again

These were my go to cups for quite a while and I still hold them in high regard. I've found however the base frame being 3" can sometimes lead to hitting plates more easily, so I've since switched over to the Bremmy rollers which are about 1/2 as wide.

These are my favorite jcups I have ever used. The flat roller option is superior on my opinion but to each their own. Fit all my rogue monster racks like a glove. Won these at home gym con 2023
