Highly accurate 45s. Have owned them for around 6 years, and the coating holds up well. Reasonably tight-fitting around the barbell, with minimal slop.

Really enjoying these slot grip plates. The urethane coating will come in handy in the garage where metal plates rust. Ivanko makes decent plates compared to a lot of other import plates. Very easy to maneuver around to the yoke and farmers handles. Purchased in 2026
