Jelens S11 Power Cage

This is a 2x2 rack with 1 inch holes. It's about 80" tall (82.6" if you install the multi grip pullup bar facing up. Although it can be installed facing down to save height) so it fits in a small space and you can lift inside the rack. The total footprint is 57.48" x 44.49". Its probably not going to be the most stable rack if you lift heavy. I'm still working with less than 225 so it is fine for me...for now. I have no issues with the safety bars as a fall back when I go to failure (although I would recommend getting 1 inch clamps to keep it secure). Assembly wasn't super bad and the directions were sufficient to get the job done. I assembled it myself in 4 hours or so. Although a second person would have been really helpful for a couple of sections like the pullup bar. It has a cable system that allows for high and low cable pulls. They come with nylon pulleys (not a very deep ridge and the cable would pop out) it wasn't super smooth so I upgraded to some aluminum pulleys that have a deeper ridge and that helped tremendously. I have upgraded most of the accessories that it comes with. The original J hooks are fine for squats, but they drove me crazy on bench since they stick out so far, so I'd recommend getting some smaller J Hooks for that. It comes with a landmine and the lat pulldown bar it comes with works, but is something you'll probably upgrade too. The rack was $300 and a pretty good value rack for what it is, which is a good starter rack that provides a lot of function for the price but it probably wont be your forever rack. If you want adjustable trolleys and plan to do cable crossovers or mid range face pulls...you'll want to keep looking. I'm glad I bought it, but am looking forward to getting a rep rack with more functionality. Hope this helps someone.
