Hook move along during your exercise, and could be reracked with a simple twist, in turn will help you to focus on working out, thereby ensuring that your workout itself is more efficient and productive. This works great and allows for any movement you want. It is a big piece though and I think if you do the mod that other people do and put this in a rack you are going to be really happy with the outcome.

I love this machine. It allows me to do barbell lifts without a spotter. It moves in two planes, front to back, and up and down. It allows for a more natural movement when performing exercises. It can also be pinned in place for traditional smith machine movements. My machine I modified to fit into my Rep rack. If you are buying new, it’s a lot ($4,500) for a dedicated piece, especially if you already have a rack. If you find one on Facebook, the prices can be good and worth the investment.
