KG Change Plates (IWF)

KG Change Plates (IWF)

When athletes are pushing their limits and working toward PRs, every fraction of a kilogram matters. Rogue’s IWF-approved KG Change Plates are designed for this purpose, offering six weight increments from 0.5KG up to 5KG. With a consistent 50.40MM diameter collar opening, all plates are compatible with any standard Olympic barbell, and their Green/Yellow/Blue/Red/White color coding matches the IWF standard—creating a uniform look when loaded. Each Rogue KG Change Plate also has a bold matte finish and an exterior rubber coating for a solid grip on the bar and minimal noise or movement on the lift. An embossed IWF logo is included on the back.

Expensive for the weight, but good quality and the embossed lettering is a nice touch. Would recommend if you don't mind paying for them.

Change plates tend to be more expensive as they need to be more accurate. These ones are very nice and coated with a rubber/urethane to keep them looking fresh. If you don't do olympic lifting however you're prob better off getting something more affordable. I had the LBS version, but they are the same.

Very expensive per lb plates ( KG i mean). Unless you are competing in this sport, I see no reason to pay this much for this little weight. That IWF engraving is very expensive I guess. In all seriousness, these feel like fine plates, but no different than rubber coated that aren't IWF certified.
