For a pair of *budget* safety spotter arms, as good as it gets. The ends are bare metal, I fixed it with some felt tape. The flip-down flanges aren't identical (one is off by like 1/16th) but easy to fix with some gorilla tape. ****NOTE the length of the arms is 17.5 in away from the rack, which leaves me little room to drop the bar when doing incline presses (but maybe it depends on my rack's hole spacing). I would ideally get longer ones, but then the cost starts going crazy high. This is the best budget pick: it's cheap and gets the job done.
