Leg Curl / Leg Extension Rack Attachment

Leg Curl / Leg Extension Rack Attachment

conomically isolate your quads & hammies to build a nice set of wheels. The Leg Extension/Curl Rack Attachment offers a machine-like feel and stability without taking up valuable real estate in your home gym. This beefy attachment has a weight plate capacity of 250lbs and a user capacity of 250lbs. The Leg Extension/Curl unlocks seated leg extensions, so you can blast your quads but don't forget your hammies! They can be isolated one at a time with standing single-leg hamstring curls for some juicy hams worthy of Sunday dinner. Throw on some resistance bands for tension you can cut with a knife (which we do not recommend).

In my opinion its average at best, its built decent, the seat can hold a 350 lb person plus whatever weight. I just dont love it.

I bought that piece with a big discount. Still doesn't make up for the way it performs. I got the husla pad so it's a bit better. It's loose on the upright and strength curve's bad even with the low row attached with it.

This is one of the worst items I’ve owned. Build quality and fit were horrible. I bought the Manticore version for 3x3 1” racks and the fit was loose and rocked on my Rogue upright. The attachment is brutally heavy which makes taking on and off a pain. Leg roller was bad. Play in the pivot and pad was cheap. Pop pins for seat angle were bad and sometimes got stuck and mis threaded. The strength curve was garbage. Horrible at the start and first 1/3. Only using a black band helped. The loading plate sleeve was also mis aligned. Powder coat had so many chips and abrasions directly out of the box. Do not buy. Luckily I sold and recouped some of my money.

i wanted to love this, which might be part of why i hate it so much. it just misses the mark on every front. its overpriced, underbuilt and only does 1 of the 2 movements it claims to do, with any level of usability. the ham curl sucks, no easy way to say it, its bad on every front, especially if your tall and have long legs like myself, might be better for shorter people but idk cause im the only one in my house that has used it. also since its contraction biased the leg extension function is better as a rehab tool than for building real muscle, and if you can squat 315lbs/140kg or above youll defo top this things max weight capacity even on high rep sets. so if your specifically buying this as a rehab tool for low intensity leg isolation work, then i can see some use case. but in literally any other context, id just wait and save your money, and either get the bulletproof isolator or something equivical thats tougher and more versitile. oh one last point about this thing, if your are strong and using near its weight capacity, the whole thing is kinda loose fitting on metric racks so it shakes pretty violently even when your going slow and trying to be super controlled.

It's a hefty piece for a fairly hefty price. I would only recommend this if you don't have floor space but can dedicate an upright to it. Removing from the rack and storing it elsewhere is annoying enough that you'll want to sell it like I did. It's not light, so it can be difficult even for those who are strong as there isn't really an elegant way to attach it to the rack. The strength curve is fine, but you'll easily max out the leg extension portion if you can squat 315 or more.
