Bought it off marketplace for about half of the original price and I’d say it’s been worth it. You’ll need to add plates on the back weight horn to keep the machine from getting wobbly during use. I just put a pair of 35’s back there because who actually uses those things?

This was my first machine purchase because I found myself missing leg extensions since abandoning the commercial gym world. it wasn't perfect but I like the feel better than a bench mounted leg extension. you can play with bands and offsetting the wheel with a 35 plate and all sorts of other little tricks to try and improve the strength curve but you will never get it to match the real feel of a commercial piece. for the price you can pick one of these up for on FBMP, it makes it an easy recommendation for anyone just getting started in the home gym space and wants to add more leg variation to leg day. value score is for used, not new.

Don’t let my rating deter you from my review. I actually highly recommend this piece for anyone who is only interested in having the capability at all to do these movements. Sure there is a series of voltras, seal row attachments, prime pieces, and various cable riggings you can do that will function as a better leg extension/curl machine. But at this cost, I don’t have to do any of that. I found a use for my 35lb plate to offset the weight horn, like others have mentioned on Reddit and the like, and this thing works. The price is slowly creeping up. If you can find it for under 600 go for it. I don’t plan on ever getting rid of it, unless I find a decent Bolt Raider on FBMP.

A great leg extension/ leg curl machine to round out leg day. My first impression when unboxing and assembling this machine is that it was built to last. Build-wise, the uposltery is nice and grippy, and the padding is both firm and comfortable, much like other offerings in its price range. Additionally, the tubing is heavy-duty, making it very sturdy under significant loads. Even after a year of regular use, this piece has held up very nicely. Performance-wise, much has been said about the dead zone at the start of movements, where there is little or no resistance, but I've learned that this can be eliminated by placing a 25lb plate on the weight stopper. In terms of overall value, I would say Titan's leg ext./ leg curl machine is positioned somewhere between entry-level and premium, which is consistent with its $ 800 – $900 price tag. That said, Titan regularly runs promotions where you can pick one up at a discount (as of April 12,2026, it is priced at 30% off on their website), making it a very compelling option. Overall, I am very happy with this unit — I do not regret the purchase and do not see myself replacing it soon.

Above average value compared to other plate loaded options at a similar price point. The build quality is good. Basic performance level for those just looking to add leg machine to their gym and not wanting to pay a fortune to do so.

I think this is an excellent multi use machine for a home gym. I bought this on Facebook Marketplace. I predominately used it for Leg Extensions. I put a band around the weight peg (As seen on the Shym Tour). I thought this worked well. I never tried it without the band but could see it may not be as useful without the band tension. I prefer to do GHR or RDL for hamstring work so I did not use this for the leg curls. However, I can see the usefulness of being able to perform both exercises on one machine. Ultimately I decided to sell this piece as I valued the floorspace over the leg extension machine. The machine always felt stable and was easy to use. If you like leg ext. and leg curls it is a good piece for the price. Sure there are nicer pieces out there but you will pay more $$ for those. This thing gets the job done.

I picked up this Titan Leg Extension and Hamstring Curl machine brand new for $200 on Marketplace — a solid deal. I designed a custom bracket so I could mount it to my Beyond Power Voltra, and I’m using a Buffalo Bully sleeve loader with it. The best way to describe the machine is “mostly function over form.” Like most plate-loaded leg machines without cams, it has the typical power curve issues — the resistance doesn’t feel perfectly even through the full range of motion. That said, the vinyl on the pads is surprisingly nice and comfortable. The biggest downside is the rear seat angle. It’s fixed and feels pretty terrible for both leg extensions and curls. It really should be adjustable. Still, the machine gets the job done, especially when paired with my Voltra. Being able to adjust the resistance profile electronically helps overcome most of the power curve problems. Overall, for $200 and with a little custom work to integrate it into my setup, I’m happy with the purchase. It’s not perfect, but it’s a functional addition that lets me hit quads and hamstrings effectively without taking up a ton of extra space.

Not a fan at all. Build quality is pretty bad, for the price you can get something much higher quality especially on the used market

It gets the job done but the strength curve for the leg extension sucks and for the leg curl it’s pretty good. In order to switch from ext to leg curl is a pain in the ass because you have to remove the weights and rotate the weight horn handle 180 degrees.

It’s a budget option and I think can do great to get you into a piece in a home gym. No knock there. I’m a big guy, and honestly this felt like I was trying to drive my sons go-kart. Keep eyes open for used pieces for something with a little more beef
