5/5 back piece. People don’t put enough respect on the Pro1 Era of Lifefitness equipment because of how terrible they are nowadays. Anything of theirs from this era is quality. This row has multiple grip options, a moderately heavy stack (easy to gym pin), extremely sturdy build quality, and tons of adjustability. It also has a very balanced resistance profile and drops off just enough to get a full contraction as opposed to most seated rows. This is one piece that I never plan on getting rid of.
