The nylon sandwich jcups offer full barbell protection and a whopping 880lb static weight capacity (600lb warrantied). We source our safety straps from an actual tow strap factory, with an 880lb dropped weight capacity, they'll save your barbell when doing hang cleans/pin pulls/lockout presses and are the next step up in safety. The band pegs allow you to attach resistance bands to your bar and create a variable plane of resistance to help bust through training plateaus.

This was purchased new in 2018 when home gym options were much more limited. It is not 3x3 which limits attachment options, but this has never been a true limiting factor for me. BOS build quality is usually lacking, although there are some exceptions. The West side spacing is nice and it is a solid feeling rack. The rack has never kept me from getting strong.

This is a 2.3 x 2.3” rack with 5/8” holes. Unfortunately, you are locked into the Bells of Steel (“BoS”) ecosystem due to the unique size. Although, BoS has plenty of attachments and they are very reasonable in price. The rack has west side hole spacing, which is great for locking in the safeties and J cups for the bench area. I also have confidence in the rack- it feels sturdy and I enjoy the rope safety straps. I got this rack off FB Marketplace, so I got it for a steep discount- I would recommend going with another rack, but it gets the job done.
