Used this once and would not gift it to my worst enemy. Build quality is about as low as it can get. It’s cheap, and for a reason. May be decent for a year but it will without doubt not be a piece that lasts

Honestly a really good machine and unique movement for a very good price!

Snagged this off Amazon for about $250, and it’s been a great value overall. The build feels solid and the movement is smooth for the price point. The only real downside for me is the range of motion. I can’t perform RDLs the way I’d like because the spring placement on the linear rods limits how far the carriage can travel. If the rods extended just a few more inches, it would allow proper depth. Otherwise, it’s a strong addition to the home gym.

I love this machine. I have a herniated disc in my lower back, so bent over rows were impossible. Instead, I would use my incline bench and do chest supported rows, but carrying the dumbbells and getting into position was difficult. Got this machine for $250 (post-Black Friday deal), and it has exceeded my expectations. I opted not to install the springs (and added my own rubber washers), to increase the range of motion. Totally worth all the space it takes up. Zero back pain, and easy to use. I use neutral grip handles for an added grip (see YouTuber Kinzi - @KpexHomeGymLab - for the review that sold me on the machine, plus she shows the neutral grip handles).
