Loading Pin
This loading pin can be loaded with weight plates. The loading pin can be used perfectly for training grip strength. There is a steel loop at the top of the pin, to which various attachments can be attached to train the grip strength. To make this as easy as possible for you, a carabiner is also included.

It's stable and stout. However, what arrived from Golden Grips (on the right) is not what is advertised on their website (on the left). It's still a good deal but certainly less refined than expected.
