Matrix Magunm Lat Pulldown Plate Loaded is a great piece of equipment that allows for a good lat stretch.

This is a great plate loaded lat pulldown. I have the older version and mine has 360 degree swivel handles. I can get any hand position and a great contraction in the lats. Much different feel than cable pulldowns and highly recommend this if you’re looking for a solid leverage style pulldown. If you can get the swivel handle version it’s even better but this one is somewhat more rare.
