Very heavy duty, but doesn't quite fit my 2x2 rack. It scratches the paint off my uprights. This attachment does way more than extensions and leg curls, which is good because it's not very good at either of those. Granted, it's okay. If you have shorter legs, this is probably a better feel. Besides the main uses, this works as a lat pull down seat, a chest supported row pad, a glute Thrust pad, and a few surprises. I use it for Nordic curls, BG Split squats, Single Arm preacher curls, and even a cable reverse hyper. Setting up the leg extensions can take time, but you can get a decent curve feel if you add a band or two. Either to the weight stack or directly to the extension. On my rack, the cable rubs the attachment slightly, even with the cut out, but it just depends on the rack brand. I got this at a deep discount ($150), which adds a lot to the versatility value. I end up using it every day in my <100 sq ft gym. If you want to see the reverse hyper set up, leave a comment.
