Pretty basic - they work well and cheap. I use them for pull downs and overhead movements, also other random cable movements

The best attachment I've found for pull throughs. great for face pulls as well. very comfortable in the hands, They feel much better than the price would indicate. Highly recommend!

Would rate it higher if I could. This is my most used attachment in my gym. As someone with elbow Tendinitis, this piece alleviates nearly all elbow pain. Well padded, 3 grip positions, and half a dozen color options to fit most gyms, I'd suggest these for anyone. Have used major brand versions of this and this more than is comparable, for half the price.

Very pleased with this inexpensive and comfortable strap. Much less strain on the wrists while doing heavy cable crunches. Three different levels of pockets that you can slip your hands into, each well padded and quite comfortable, to keep a more narrow grip at the top or create a substantially wider grip profile in the lower rungs. Seems very well-made and the stitching is robust.

These things are great, versatile and inexpensive! I picked this up off of Amazon for under $20. The strap is made of sturdy material with soft padding on the inside of the handles. It’s great for tricep work, ab crunches face pulls and more. The one con is the the soft padded material isn’t really cleanable but for a home it should be no big deal.
