Training economy is important! Our goal should always be to get the most out of every exercise. If you can perform 5 exercises in one session and have them be just as or possibly more beneficial than 10, you are on the right track. This leaves time to recover and to possibly even do a thing or two outside of the gym. The 4-Grip Fat Bar has two connection points that allow for the bar to be positioned with handles both parallel and perpendicular to the floor. With 1.9” OD Handles, both positions challenge the grip in their own unique way.
