I bought these to add load to blobs and to other grip lifts instead of unhooking everything and adding small change plates. The magnets are very strong. They are not falling off the fridge or anything else. These are more reasonably priced than other adder weights and do come on sale. I really like the branding also.

Bare Steel makes super high quality products. I did buy my lat tower pin in cerakote but it is an expensive option. I have good luck just painting them myself. The smaller weights are nice for small jump in functional trainer exercises.

These magnets are very strong. I use them all the time on my power block dumbbells. The micro load is great for upper body movements.
