These Ohio-made bells are available in four different sizes, with loadable weight capacities ranging from 75LB (with the 6" bell model) to over 250LB with the 12" option. Just add sand, coins, buckshot—whatever works—to create and adjust a custom weight that aligns with your goals and progressions.

By far my favorite circus dumbbell, only reason not 5 stars is because unloading them is a nightmare, do not buy this with the intention of changing the weight frequently or like AT All

Used one at a gym I used to train at, had a bit of a different feel than a regular circus dumbbell, but it’s heavily priced so I’d recommend finding one on marketplace
