I actually have the Titan version of these but shut up. They appear to be identical. I'm not a huge fan of how the pivot side to side on my rack without any protection so I installed some thin felt to the inside of these to reduce wear on my rack. After that small hack these are good to go and they never leave the squat rack!

Bought this so I could hook my Spud Inc Cable Pulley to it while changing weights. Expensive way to do that, but it works well. The Rogue Monster Attachment Post is a better design, taking up much less space on the rack, but alas they don't make that for Monster Lite racks.

This came in handy when mounting a pulley from a top crossmember easily. Also was good for other general storage.

The build quality of the shackle is very high. The included SMC Force carabiner Rogue uses sucks. It’s not smooth around the edge, not oval shaped enough, and doesn’t have a flush closing gate. These cause it to bind up in the shackle hole for anything that might require the carabiner to articulate much. Wish I went a different route solely because of the carabiner.

When I had these, I mainly used them to store stuff. You can be more creative than me and use it for other things, though.

This works well for my home made cables. It's easy to set up and break down.
