I liked the adjustability of this Indian club, giving you the ability to graduate weights rather than filling your gym with 10 different weights of clubs. The handle alone weighs about 6 pounds and then for each large segment you add to it you get another 4 1/2 pounds. I have noticed that the segments do shake slightly loose after a couple dozen swings, which you could probably fix by putting some teflon tape on the threads but I haven't taken the time to test that yet; but you do want to make sure they are re-tightened before beginning each set of overhead swings.
