I had the opportunity to try this in Matt Wallace’s gym. AMAZING! The isolated stretch felt so good. The sound of the chain is hypnotic. I need to find one of these for my own gym!

What can I say about this legendary piece other than I’m an idiot and (thanks to Massenomics YT comments) I don’t actually have a first gen but here we are. That chain driven sound is incomparable. The stretch at the end of the movement makes my pre arthritic shoulders feel young again all while helping me get lats like Dorian.
