Old school Nautilus is always great. The Multi-Tricep is chain drive and very smooth. You can do both arms at the same time or unilateral by simply swinging the spring stopper in between the stack guide rods or out the other direction. Can be a little different to get used to and lifters with shorter arms may need an additional pad to raise their elbow height a little and get their hands firmly into the handpad area. This would not be my first pick for a tricep machine. I would opt first for a good overhead Tricep or seated Tricep extension (such as the Icarian Flite FLT-521 for a standard extension or Paramount Overhead Tricep machine if you can find one but it will be very pricey). However, as an additional machine the Multi Tricep has a unique feel and hits the long head for me in a different way than other machines. You can usually find these for a good price, they tend to sell for less than some of the more rare OG Nautilus pieces.
