You can find these sometimes at a great price. The old Nautilus machines are great in general. This is my favorite low back machine over anything I’ve tried. Chain drive, very smooth, heavy stack, large comfortable leg pads and seat belt to keep you in position and large back roller pad.You can’t adjust starting position but the large footplate helps with that and the machine extends back far enough that just about anyone should be able to get a good stretch and full contraction.
I have the Chrome version which is beautiful!
