Nautilus Yoga Mat with Strap

This is a step up from those old yoga mats that were basically a thicker version of that “grip roll” stuff you’d put in the bottom of a drawer or cupboard. Those also never really last very long and just fall apart after a while. This was a “take a chance” without knowing much about it, purchase from Costco and it’s not bad. When you initially unroll it, it still wants to take the rolled up form, after a while it does flatten out. Id say this one is a mid grade yoga mat. It’s only been used a handful of times for P90X yoga/X-Stretch and just some stretching here and there. It hasn’t been used very heavily so I can’t speak on its long term durability. Over all it does what it’s intended to do, it’s grippy enough and doesn’t seem to get slick. It also has enough padding that it doesn’t feel like you’re directly on the hard ground. Especially if you’re on your knees or elbows. Over all I like it. It also has a “strap” (basically a string) that you can roll it up, cinch up and store out of the way.
