What it is: a plate-loaded and band-loaded neck training head harness, named for strongman Mike "The Machine" Bruce and built on the patented Neck Flex platform. In the box: MMB Pro harness, heavy-duty weight-lifting chain and carabiners, Bodylastics® 19 lb resistance band, Bodylastics® door anchor, Neck Flex tote bag, sticker, and instructional videos. Ready to train on day one. Trains: neck flexion, extension and lateral flexion through vertically oriented D-rings on each quadrant of the harness; add the Revolver™ attachment for loaded rotation.
