NUOBELL Adjustable Dumbbell Set

Had these for the past two years and couldn't be happier. Feels good in the hand and it is a smooth transition between weights. I do wish the handle was slightly wider so I could use my Fat Gripz. Putting the dumbbell back onto the saddle off center can be a slight issue at times, but that doesn't take away from how great these are for the price.

I don’t drop dumbbells so these are great for me. Handles feel good and the adjustment is super quick.

This was my second purchase after my bench. I've had them for 2-3 years now and have never had an issue. Weight selection is smooth with a solid click. Knurling isnt very aggresive, it's not cap bad, but it's no ohio bar. The only pain I've experienced is occasionally reracking after gassing out if you only have 1 plate in the cradle it is easy to knock over, which becomes problematic. I have never dropped these so I can't speak to the customer service or durability beyond normal use, but these haven't failed me yet. I'd be tempted to take a star away since there is plastic inside, but it hasn't caused me any issues.

I have the originals that go up to 80 lbs and these are heavily underrated dumbbells. Lots of new adjustables have come out, but these are still my favorites. The adjustability and feel are by far the best. They are reportedly not as durable, but I have had them 5 years and the only damage they've sustained was from movers. They are super reliable day in and day out with fast adjustments. Probably my most used piece of equipment and I have had no issues with racking them or adjusting weights.

Nuobell adjustable dumbbells are a great option for home gyms where space matters. The adjustment system is very fast, which makes them ideal for supersets or quick weight changes. They feel very similar to traditional dumbbells in hand and are perfect for accessory work. If you want compact dumbbells that are easy to use, these are a great choice.

Drop tests and mechanical breakdowns are for YouTube reviews and not actual use cases when it comes to adjustable dumbbells. At this point, everyone who has a home gym knows the pros and cons list. The biggest cons to the most durable and high performance dumbbells are the cage. Dealing with the conditions of an irregular shape was not a compromise I was willing to make. Noubells are one of the few that don’t force you to make that decision. I don’t drop them. The slight slop when doing more dynamic movements like a fly or curls gets annoying, but not as bad as similar dumbbells, this style. Up to 80 is perfectly fine for most movements and most people. I’m 100% ok with purchasing pairs of hundos and heavier separately when I want them.

NüoBell NUOBELL Adjustable Dumbbell Set is a great set of dumbbells that go up 80lbs in 5lbs increments. They are easy to change weights and shaped like a normal dumbbell. The only bad thing about these dumbbells is that they cannot be dropped but i don't usually drop my weights.

I've had my 80lb set for 5 years already and they've been one of the best investments I've made in my home gym. Never had a single issue with them, so quick and easy to adjust, which was highest priority for me. I don't drop my weights, so durability really isn't an issue for me.

They’re bulky but they have no cage surrounding your hand. They’re more fragile than you’d want and it has a more passive knurling. I would just spend more and get the Reppins

Toyed with the Reppens but at $700 shipped with a stand I could afford not to buy the Nuobells. They adjust fast go to 80lbs and have a great feel and balance. Plus all the replacement parts are readily available on their web page if they should wear out someday. Plus the stand is perfect and at around $100 on Amazon with free shipping...
