I use these with my cast iron plates for lighter accessory lifts. Having something like this is very useful to keep making progress. And more affordable than the Rogue fractional plates I just reviewed. Though those are higher quality. These are good, but did come with some rust on them, and the painted? lettering is a bit weak in places. Functionally though, perfect.
