Olympic Weightlifting Barbell

The only other weightlifting bar I have used is the Eleiko offering. When I first bought this bar, I was a bit underwhelmed. I didn’t like how it felt. But, I was okay with that given the price. However, after a few drops, the spin smoothed out. I like the spin now. The knurling is not as nice as Eleiko’s. I got the cerekote version. I think it looks great. I’m not a huge fan of the grip until I use chalk. With chalk, it feels great. Whip is good. I haven’t used any other value weightlifting bar so I can’t compare this with them. But, I do know I’m not going to save my money for an Eleiko bar. I’m plenty happy with this.

This barbell is a solid all-around option for a home gym. It works well for presses, squats, rows, and Olympic-style movements. The knurling is comfortable without being overly aggressive. Good quality bar that gets the job done across a wide range of lifts.
