The Get RX'd Open Trap Bar EVOLVE is designed to do more than a traditional hex bar. Combining the joint-friendly mechanics of a trap bar with an open design, it allows you to perform movements that closed hex bars simply can't accommodate, including walking lunges, split squats, carries, and other athletic exercises.
