I’ve had this piece for several months now and I gotta now say the Temple Of Gainz Pendulum Squat is the machine I didn’t know I needed. The versatility of this machine is what really sets it apart. The weight horns are removable and the foot plate is fully adjustable on both the horizontal and vertical planes. It also has forward and backward adjustment. You can make the entire machine more compact so it takes up less space than a 4x6 stall mat. You can also run both weight horns or just one side. That makes it possible to tuck this thing into a corner and really maximize your space. This machine is a 10/10. It’s incredibly smooth with minimal to zero stability issues depending on your loaded weight. And did I mention that it absolutely destroys your quads? You won’t need a ton of weight to get a brutal workout. I also absolutely love the placement of the brace handles. They engage my core more than other pendulum squat handle placements I’ve used. You’re also not limited to a fixed counterweight since you can add plates and/or band resistance with the band pegs installed. If you can catch this on sale then it’s an even sweeter deal. That said, I wouldn’t have any issue paying full price for it. If you’re in the market for a pendulum squat this should absolutely be on your list of options imo.

This piece is terrific, especially for the price. Adjustable foot platform, both back and forth and for the angle. It's a square frame, so it has a lot less wobble than other significantly more expensive pendulums (Atlantis). You can remove weight horns and the counter balance arm to make the machine have a smaller footprint as well. Can't be beat for the price.

I bought the v3 and had difficulty assembling. The footplate mechanism wasn't machined correctly and I had to use a steel file to adjust it. TOG support through the assembly was great, I don't have any concerns about their attention or expertise. TOG were good to send me the v3.5 backrest support. The pendulum is very smooth in use, I had to make decisions about counterweight and footplate adjustment. I feel that the perceived weight is even at top and bottom with two 45's on the counterweight. The footplate angle should be adjusted so that your heel doesn't lift during the movement. TOG did not give me any guidance on where the footplate should be adjusted from front to back so I use on of the positions closest to the front of the frame which makes my tibia perpendicular to the footplate during the movement.

I have no reference to comparing it to other pendulum squats but I think it’s awesome. Wasn’t hard to assemble. You can make it fit different size spaces if you don’t put storage weight horns on one side or don’t install the counter balance on the front. This thing destroys my quads. Really smooth and get great depth. You won’t need to load it with a lot of weight.

Really liked the adjustability on the. 2 weight horns on the back you can take one off and put it against the wall which is a nice way to save a lot of space....for the price I am not sure a better option exist. Would not put this in a commercial space though.

Great alternative to the OG Paramount. This and the Atlantis are the only 2 Pendulums I would recommend besides the Paramount. Arsenal and others do not compare well and are either too heavy, don’t have loadable counterweight, or the force curve is poor compared to these.
