Plate loaded incline press/pulldown
We call it the Outlander because this platform is a stranger to the fitness supply industry, but even though you've probably never seen a machine like it, you know the exercises. On one side, we have the bench press. On the other a multi-grip lat pulldown. Both stations use the same arms and feature adjustable seating to accommodate a variety of heights. The sleeves are each 9.5 inches long, so you're looking at an upwards capacity of 630 pounds if you're using weight plates the size of our Olympics.
