Pretty similar to the Nautilus Xpload. The second loading horn is nice for changing the resistance curve some, and the chest pad makes it so you can more effectively hit upper back. Noticeable difference in build quality, but that’s expected for about $7k less than what the Nautilus Xpload is selling for now
