Playaz Ball

The Spud Inc Playaz Ball is part Boogie Nights Disco ball and part insane training tool. Made just for fun, it turned into a unique training tool that can be used for close grip tricep simulating a French press to rotational work , bicep training , back and finally GRIP WORK. The finger grip work will amaze even the biggest banana hands. Interesting and very different training then you are used to but as anything Spud Inc., the imagination is wide open to how you can use it.
