A fantastic piece that was my top choice until we got a Rogue Donkey in the garage sale at Rogue. Not many options for GHD/Reverse Hyper on the market, but when i balanced the cost, footprint and capability/functionality this is where I ended up. Plus I could get in red to match my color scheme based around the Rogue FM-6.
Overall, it was a pricy add to the gym but the only other option with a lower cost was via Rogue, but that wouldn’t allow for color options and it was a bigger footprint. I had a great delivery experience, which I acknowledge is very random, but the driver pretty much put it right in place for me.
This has allowed me to really focus on the Nordics, while literally using it every single day for reverse hypers as an injury prevention/warm-up. I was on the fence for months about this, but ultimately ended up happy that I pulled the trigger and made it happen.
