I bought this for my kids to work on foot speed; and it was advertised as a rubber mat; but it wasn't. It's foam and slides around unless I stand on it or hold it down with some weight plates. It's kaka. I still use it but I wouldn't if I could find one that is 100% rubber.
It makes a good yoga/stretching mat though.
