Powertec Workbench Multisystem

Powertec Multisystem was the original purchase for the Newman Health Club. It also didn't exist on gymradar til I added it :) As my garage gym has grown quite a bit over the last year the Multisystem has still found a place in nearly every strength training day. It's a gamechanger for a homegym allowing you to perform safely a multitude of exercises. My favorites are flat, incline, and overhead press which are all capable of being performed isolaterally. The squat station is great and you can do calf raises there. The lat pulldown station is is very smooth. There is also an ab crunch at this station which has helped strengthen my core. My favorite attachment for the multisystem is the powertec pec fly.
