This machine is built really solid and is smooth. Cant say I’ve ever used it before writing this review, but I see lots of older folks use it extensively. If you’re looking to train this movement it would work well, however the weight stack is very light. Also, the pad in the middle that separates your legs is awkward and I think they could have made something better.
