I have an older version of these but they still work great. There are newer versions of adjustable DB's that are probably easier to adjust but I have no issues with mine. I like them and I also have the version that go to 90lbs. I will probably upgrade these at some point but they work well for what they are.

I have the discontinued EXP 90 version of these dumbbells. They’ve been great and durable. I was concerned with the sturdiness of the design but haven’t had any issues in actual use. The included “ergonomic” grips don’t feel great in my hands so I upgraded to the Power Block knurled stainless grips and it has been great!
