Decent quality. Not a hard, brittle rubber — easy to handle and move. Federation colors make loads identifiable at a glance, which matters more than people expect when you're changing weight quickly (blue 45s, green 25s, black 10s). The 10s are somewhat flimsy, which is common for thin bumpers, but noticeably better than budget alternatives — I have Everyday Fitness bumpers across 10s, 25s, and 45s and the Force USA plates are a clear step up in every size. Solid value for a bumper set.

On a positive note, the actual weight of each plate is very accurate and the build quality has been fantastic. We've had these plates in a humid environment for around 4 years now and they haven't started to fall apart or wear down yet.
However, these plates are very thick (3 inches for the 45 lb), and at just 435 lbs with a collar the bar is nearly capped out. If you plan on going north of 455, I would recommend another brand. Also, there is not much of a lip to them so they are difficult to grab once you get to 45 lbs.
The reason we went with Force was that they offered 0% financing, and at the time that was a rare and necessary option. These plates have since gone up in price. I would only recommend these for someone who is looking to match product names to other equipment or really wants to fluff their ego on a maxed out bar.
