The larger weight stack, a 1:1 direct pull effort, and heavy-duty construction make the Pro Series Seated Lat/Floor Row one of only two pin select devices we have certified to be part of the Pro Series line. Straddle the seat for extra heavy pulldowns, or brace yourself against the footrests for crushing floor rows. Either way, there’s no need to reconnect cables or swap out attachments.
