Thanks to quick, smooth adjustments, high quality materials, and thoughtful details throughout, it is the finest bench money can buy. The 3222 also comes with locating rods, which are a component of our add-on Pro Series Bench Docking System. The rods are removable so there’s no tripping hazard when it is used outside of a Legend Fitness cage or rack.

Used these for about 5 years they leave a bit to be desired but they
are built solid. The foot platforms are nice to have.
