Our ball moved from the gym space to the living room and has become the designated βvideo game seatβ for about everyone. While I canβt say that was its purpose, it fills that role really well and Iβm sure would be useful in the intended role if it can hold me up

It's just a thick inflatable ball. My wife uses it for some seated pressing and abdominal work and it seems to hold up to that just fine. Had it for years at this point.

It hasnβt popped yet so that is a huge deal. I use it for some variety in hamstring curls and ab stuff.
