One of the most traditional attachments for a cable machine or lat pull down. Not very refined but great value

It's fine. It's like what you see in a commercial gym- we don't use it often but it's there if we want it.

Basic as can get, but familiar to what you often find at a commercial gym. Several others I would recommend before this, but if you want traditional or something you will likely have used before, this will feel at home.
